• Monday  –  Friday  8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Saturday  10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Second Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

OUR GUARANTEE

• If your furniture fails within 30 days, for any reason, we will repair it at no cost or replace the item with one of equal value, at our discretion.
• If your furniture fails after 30 days, we will give you 20% off the cost of a replacement item, whether you purchased it here or not.

RETURNS

• No Cash Refunds. In-store credit only.


• There is a 15% restocking charge.

DELIVERIES

• Ground Floor $100.00


• Upstairs with Elevator $125.00


• Upstairs NO elevator $175.00 (1st Floor)


• Every additional floor $50.00


• We will call you prior to your delivery to confirm, your order, directions, and any special instructions.


• IF WE CANNOT REACH YOU, YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE DELIVERED.

RETURNED CHECKS

• Bank Checks - $30.00


• ITEX or Trade Checks - $25.00 (cash)

WILL CALL ORDERS

• 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (NO EXCEPTIONS)


• All orders must be picked up within 72 hours.


• Saturday pick-ups by appointment only and you must bring someone to assist in loading.
  

LABOR

• Two men teams will be billed at $78.00 per hour.


• One man will be billed at $50.00 per hour.


• After hours or weekends 2 men at $125.00 per hr.


• CONFERENCE TABLE SET-UP FEE:
  * 3’ To 8’ Tables - $20 ea. / 9’ & up $10 a foot

SYSTEM FURNITURE PROJECTS PAYMENT

• 50% DOWN on order approval.


• 40% Due on the day of delivery.


• 10% On completion of the job.


• Installation $50.00 to $200.00 per cubicle. Due on
  completion.

PLANNING FOR PANEL SYSTEMS

• You must allow 3" of dead space on any side
  where power, phone, or fax will be needed.


• All cords or lines must be in place before system
  can be installed. (ONCE THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN
  PLACED, THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE
  WALLS)


• All panel system orders require a minium of 5 working days to Pull, Prep and Clean.


• There will be an additional charge, to be
  determined per job for any system required in
  less than 5 days.

SALES TAX POLICY

• Everyone will pay sales tax unless you have a California Resale Permit card on file.


• Non profits are not exempt from paying sales tax (see California State Board of Equalization Policy).
