OUR GUARANTEE

If your furniture fails within 30 days, for any reason, we will repair it at no cost or replace the item with one of equal value, at our discretion.If your furniture fails after 30 days, we will give you 20% off the cost of a replacement item, whether you purchased it here or not.

 

RETURNS

No Cash Refunds. In-store credit only. There is a 15% restocking charge.

 

DELIVERIES

Available upon request for an additional fee.  

 

RETURNED CHECKS

Bank Checks - $30.00 ITEX or Trade Checks - $25.00 (cash)

 

WILL CALL ORDERS

7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (NO EXCEPTIONS) All orders must be picked up within 72 hours. Saturday pick-ups by appointment only and you must bring someone to assist in loading.

SYSTEM FURNITURE PROJECTS PAYMENT

50% DOWN on order approval. 40% Due on the day of delivery. 10% On completion of the job. Installation $50.00 to $200.00 per cubicle. Due on completion.

 

PLANNING FOR PANEL SYSTEMS

You must allow 3" of dead space on any side where power, phone, or fax will be needed. All cords or lines must be in place before system can be installed. (ONCE THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN PLACED, THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE WALLS).

All panel system orders require a minium of 5 working days to Pull, Prep and Clean. There will be an additional charge, to be determined per job for any system required in less than 5 days.

 

SALES TAX POLICY

Everyone will pay sales tax unless you have a California Resale Permit card on file. Non profits are not exempt from paying sales tax (see California State Board of Equalization Policy).
